How many times we plan to do something and write it on our to do list but never do that. The mightiest reason is the Monster of Procrastination. Yup, even i do it. But have you ever tried any methods to remove the procrastination from your day to day life..not yet? do it.

Just to prove this procrastination thing wrong i made a goal, a realistic goal and wrote the steps to complete that. below are my steps and progress:

THE GOAL

So the goal was to be better in spoken English for which i have done many things but i have not been consistent in them. To accomplish this goal of mine i made a to do list. The first task was to watch interviews in English. so i went to Youtube and watched an interview everyday. The interviews did not only help me increase my vocabulary but proved to be a great information source.

The phenomenal Meghan Markle talking as a UN Women Advocate

Then i read newspaper every day. Which was also very informative. It was kinda boring but i used to make it a point to read atleast 2 to 3 news daily. First i started reading some entertainment section but further i read world news and somehow developed an interest in World affairs which i recommend you guys too.

Reading The NewYork Times onmy PC.

Then for the third step, I needed a community to practice my spoken language. For which i chose Amal Fellowship. This fellowship provides a very supportive environment to practice and be your own selves. Nobody judges you, everybody supports you .

So make it a point to #juststartyourgoals…..
