“Focus on being productive instead of busy”
we often find difficulties in being productive. we often start good but lacks motivation in the mean time and by the end we always work on the 11th hour.
to find the solution, I tried being able to do work with POMODORO technique.
According to Wikipedia:
“The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.”
let me share my experience on this amazing journey,
the over all experience was pretty good. At first it was difficult to focus for than 25 mints but i got motivated by breaks and insta rewards…joking. I found it very helpful but surely it was my cup of tea because it depends on the person that what kind of focus behavior he has. I personally found it easy to work only for 25 minutes and get an Instagram break for 5 minutes.
By repeating this technique for 4 times in a row my productivity has increased by 50 %. What I am doing next time is never ever do any work without this technique. It seems like my all productivity has been returned which was lost way before the start of lockdown and this pandemic .
